How to lodge a grievance
- On the official home page, open Grievance & Feedback and click Lodge Grievance.
- Choose who you are: Registered Candidate, Department, or HKRNL Employee.
- Fill in the complaint details and submit.
How to track a grievance
On the grievance site, click Track Status Complaint, enter your registered mobile number and check the ticket status.
Feedback
The Feedback page under Grievance & Feedback asks whether you are a department, employee or candidate, and your mobile number.
What to send with a complaint
For login problems, the FAQ asks you to email your Registration ID, Family ID, Member ID and a screenshot of the error. For offer letter problems, it helps to include your Family ID and the job role. Never send your OTP.
