HKRN Portal: Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Guide 2026
HKRN stands for Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL). It is the Haryana Government company that supplies contractual staff to government departments, boards, corporations and other bodies in the state. Candidates register on the official portal at hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in with their Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID), apply for jobs listed under Job Advertisements, and deployed employees download salary slips from the Employee Login.
This website is an independent guide. It is not the official HKRN portal and is not connected to the Government of Haryana or HKRNL. We never ask for your Family ID, OTP or any login details.
What is HKRN?
According to the official About page, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on 13 October 2021. It was set up to provide contractual manpower to all Government entities in Haryana "in a transparent, robust and equitable manner". The page lists its focus areas as uplifting socio-economically disadvantaged candidates, timely payment of salary and benefits to deployed staff, and following the State reservation policy.
Deployment through HKRN follows the Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy, 2022, issued by the Haryana Human Resources Department on 30 June 2022 and amended on 26 October 2023 and 13 May 2025. A deployment is contractual: the term is one year or the period written in the Deployment Offer Letter, whichever is earlier, and it can be extended for up to a year at the department's request, with Finance Department approval. It does not give any claim to regularisation.

How HKRN registration works
Registration starts from your Family ID. On the official portal, open Candidate Registration and Login, enter your Family ID (PPP), click Display Members, pick your name and get an OTP on the mobile number linked to your PPP. After the OTP check, the form opens with your personal details already filled from PPP. You then add education, socio-economic details, job interest and experience, make the payment and click Final Submit.
Your name, date of birth, family income and other basic details come from the PPP record. If any of them is wrong, it has to be corrected on PPP first. The full process, with every field, is in our HKRN registration guide.
HKRN login options
- Candidate Registration and Login: for job seekers. You log in with your Family ID and an OTP.
- ESM Registration and Login: a separate entry for ex-servicemen.
- Employee Login: for staff already deployed through HKRN. You enter your Employee ID, mobile number or Family ID and an OTP. It is used for salary slips, the experience certificate and the offer letter.
- Department Login: for DDOs and offices that place requests for staff and handle joining.

HKRN vacancy 2026
Jobs are posted on the Job Advertisements page of the official portal. It has four lists: regular vacant jobs, jobs for specialised categories with salary higher than Rs 30,000, jobs in private companies, and overseas jobs. Each listing shows the job role, qualification, district, and the start and last date of application. You apply from the listing with your Family ID. HKRN salary and wage rates
Staff deployed through HKRN are paid Nigam Wage Rates. The latest revision, issued on 12 September 2025, raised the rates by 5% from 1 July 2025. The pay depends on the job level, the category of the district and years of experience. For a Level-I worker in a Category-I district with up to 5 years of experience, the rate is Rs 20,900 a month; for Level-III with more than 10 years in a Category-I district, it is Rs 30,350. How HKRN selects candidates
HKRN prepares a merit list from points. Under the policy as amended on 13 May 2025, the maximum is 80 points: family income up to 40, age up to 10, skill or higher qualification up to 10, Common Eligibility Test (CET) 10 and ease of deployment up to 10. Income and age are taken from PPP data. The portal also has a tentative score calculator that works with your Family ID. Details are on the HKRN merit score page.
After you are shortlisted
The official FAQ describes two phases. First you get an SMS link to accept the shortlisting, and that link stays open for 3 days. Later, the most meritorious shortlisted candidates get the final Deployment Offer Letter through a link. You must accept it and report to the DDO or HOD office within 15 days with your original documents. Read the offer letter and status guide for the full process.
