Besides government departments, HKRN also places Haryana candidates in jobs abroad. Its Overseas Branch runs on the enterprises sub-site of hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in. The 2025 amendment to the deployment policy also covers deployment to the private sector in India and abroad.
hkrnportal.com is an independent guide. Apply for overseas jobs only through the official portal and be careful with agents who ask for money in HKRN’s name.
What the Overseas Branch is
The official page says HKRNL is a State Government undertaking for transparent, regulated and ethical deployment of manpower, including overseas employment, and that it is registered as a Recruiting Agent with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. The page has these sections:
- Advisory and Emergency Support
- Overseas Login, with separate options for job applicants and employers
- Registration for foreign employers and recruiting agents, and an Expression of Interest for global outreach
- Events, job openings and grievance
Where overseas vacancies appear
Overseas posts are listed under Vacant Jobs Overseas on the Job advertisements page, with the country, recruiting agent, company, number of posts, currency, monthly salary and a job detail document. When we checked on 5 November 2026, the list showed construction jobs in Israel through the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), including ceramic tiling (1,000 posts), drywall work (300) and masonry (300), with a stated monthly salary of INR 1,62,500, open till further notice. There was also an Expression of Interest for industrial painters. These listings change, so check the official page. Our vacancy guide explains the full page.
Foreign language training reimbursement
HKRNL has a scheme to build a pool of candidates certified in foreign languages for jobs abroad. The official page says:
- training and certification costs are reimbursed to candidates after they are successfully certified;
- HKRNL does not give the training or conduct the test; candidates train and certify on their own and upload the documents on the portal;
- the training registration date should be after 17 March 2026.
Registration for it starts with the Family ID, like other HKRN forms.
