HKRN vacancies are published on the Job Advertisements page of hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in. In the list we checked, most posts were open for about a week, so check the official page often.
hkrnportal.com is an independent guide. We do not take applications or fees.
Where HKRN jobs are listed
On the official home page, click Job advertisements. The page has four sections:
- Vacant Jobs: the main list. Each row shows the job role, nature of work, qualification, remuneration (usually “As Per Nigam wages”), the district of the post, and the start and last date of application, with an Apply Now button.
- Vacant Jobs for Specialised Categories: posts with salary higher than Rs 30,000.
- Vacant Jobs in Private Companies: posts with a private company or placement agency, location, number of posts, monthly salary and a job detail document.
- Vacant Jobs Overseas: jobs abroad with the country, recruiting agent, number of posts, currency and monthly salary.
How to apply for an HKRN vacancy
- Open Job advertisements on the official portal and read the qualification and district of the post.
- Click Apply on the post you want.
- Enter your Family ID (PPP) and select your name from the list.
- Verify your personal information and complete the application form.
- Submit it with the application fee, if one is asked.

How selection works
HKRN does not hold a written exam for most posts. Under the policy as amended on 13 May 2025, the Nigam prepares a merit list from points for family income, age, skill qualification, CET and ease of deployment, and recommends names to the department in order of merit. Reservation is applied at State level for each job level. Read the merit score guide for the point table.
If no suitable registered candidates are available for a job role, the policy says the Nigam advertises it in at least two newspapers, one in English and one in Hindi.
After you apply
Before recommending your name, the Nigam asks for your consent by SMS or email. The 2025 amendment says that if you do not respond to the first offer, you are kept off the merit list for one month; for the second, three months; and for the third, one year. Frequently asked questions
Is there an HKRN teacher vacancy in 2026? Teacher posts appear in the same Job advertisements list when departments ask for them. HKRN publishes a separate scoring sheet for PGT, TGT and PRT teachers that includes HTET marks. Check the official list for current posts.
What is the salary for HKRN jobs? Most posts say “As Per Nigam wages”. See the salary page for the 2025 rates.
Can I apply for HKRN jobs from another state? The FAQ says only permanent residents of Haryana with a valid PPP can apply.
