This page explains what information hkrnportal.com collects when you visit and what we do with it. The site is an independent guide to Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN), the Haryana Government company that supplies contractual staff to government departments and other public bodies in the state. It is not a government website, and we never ask for your Family ID, OTP or any HKRN login details.
Information collected when you visit
When you open a page, our web server records technical details such as your IP address, browser, the page you asked for and the time of the request. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for security and to fix problems with the site.
Comments
Comments are open on blog posts. If you leave one, WordPress stores the name, email address and comment you enter, plus your IP address and browser details, which help filter spam. Your name and comment appear on the page. Your email address does not.
Emails you send us
If you write to us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply. We use them only for that conversation.
Cookies
This site sets only a few cookies. If you tick the box under the comment form, WordPress saves your name and email in a cookie so you don’t have to type them again next time. Our caching software may also set a cookie so that you see the right version of a page.
At the time of writing we don’t run advertising or analytics scripts on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the guides will still work.
Links to other websites
Our guides link to the official site, hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in, and to other websites. Guest articles on the blog can link to other sites as well. Once you leave this site, the other website’s privacy policy applies.
Sharing your information
We don’t sell personal information or share it with advertisers. We would hand it over only if the law required us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a comment you posted or an email you sent us. Send the request to the address below and mention the page or the date, so we can find it.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for HKRN jobs or already deployed through HKRN. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
